As a regular member working for an OEM I enjoy the ease of accessing the chiller forum and reaping the rewards. With that being said I am seeing more and more chiller work going to the local contractors and we are only being called as a last resort, maybe I will have to figure out how to go pro if it means we are helping protect our info. within our group at a professional level

I believe that you need to throw cperk in there as a contender for pro status. I'll 3rd RichardL (even though that's a done deal already).
