DIY's aren't as much of a problem in this end of the business IMO as are some of the property managers. Furthermore, A DIY'r can be the lowly maintenance tech & sometimes can be the chief engineer. While my disdain for some property managers & chiefs is without question; there are some good ones that I will help all day long.
I do however have one request: If this forum gets PRO status, since there still may be the potential for some chiefs, operators or even property managers to obtain PRO status, I believe pricing should be off limits even still. after all, I believe this forum was originally intended for contractors.

no prints, no sequence................ guess how long it took me to trace it out, put it on paper, and develope a sequence.
these pics are the main panels (there are a coupla smaller ones) that control 1 big a/h.
