    I'd go to richmond and look at it, but at 125 an hour, I dont think he's willing to pay it. (2 hour minimum, paid in cash up front).

    Bad guages, bad valves, too much refrigerant, not enough, filter plugged, bug in contactor, give it a shot of R-12 that should get it started. Call your buddy. It's 500% not working right.
