I have a real problem with being around smoking as well. I had no issues last year. Not only are the establishments non-smoking, there doors were propped open.

If you only sell a very small certain percentage of food, or no food at all, you can allow smoking.
None of the bigger bars or establishments meet that requirement, only the smaller, local dives. Where we are at it will be all no smoking, my wife also hates smokey places.Hey cockroach, don't bug me! ©

Im not against the ban, I don't agree with the way they did it.
If you are going to ban smoking in public places for health/whatever reasons, then do it everywhere with no exceptions.
You can't smoke in the stadiums (which are outside) but you can smoke in parts of the casino.
The loopholes are the part I consider to be a joke.
As a trying really hard to quit smoker, I am not against the ban. They just could have done things better.
