Rheem plant video, anyone have a link?

I watched the Rheem manufacturing plant video making some condensing units using some cool looking automated brazing robots.

I don't remember where I found it and can't find it YouTube.

Does anyone know the video I'm talking about and where I can watch it?

    Thanks

I went through the Rheem in Georgia back in the early 90's and this is sad to hear that the brazing is now done by robotics. The guys I seen doing it were amazingly fast. Dual headed torches they used I believe.

    I found it!!!

I thought there was a welding machine, but I don't see it. Although they do use robots to install insulations in the video. I think they're assembling one of their furnace/AC package units in the video.

The early 90s had three cabinet sizes for those, but did you notice that Rheem/Ruud furnace/AC/heatpump all-in-one units through 5-tons use the same chassis? It facilitates more efficient automated manufacturing and SKU reduction. I don't know why you'd be against something that increases quality and decreases cost at the same time.

Someone has to service and maintain and program the robots.

No the problem with this country is our labor rates are too high and work quality too low.
