I have an issue and its been bothering me for a long time. I like to take pride in my work and do a great job. I'm so rushed by my company that I have no choice but to cut corners to get the job done on time. I will have a furnace,coil,ODU and duct work in a belly crawl and if my helper and I dont get it all done in the allowed time which is usually ONE DAY, We end up hearing from the boss in the morning. My jobs always pass inspection but the quality that I would like to deliver to the customer is being taken away by me being rushed. I know I'm not the only one that has this problem. I'm just wondering if anyone has any feedback or possible solutions to this problem. Thanks.
