CFESA and NAFEM Conferences

I thought some people on this forum may be interested.

CFESA for those who aren't familiar is Commercial Food Equipment Service Association. Here is a link to their website http://www.cfesa.com/

NAFEM is also the same week in Orlando. http://www.nafem.org/

My boss and I will be attending the whole CFESA conference and one day of the NAFEM one.

I don't believe I will be attending but curious if you have attended any of their training ? I'm assuming you work of that type of equipment and if you do is it satisfing work?

I have never attended any of their training, but I have passed all of the tests. I would say the work is dirty, but I do enjoy it.

Thanks. I have had previous limited experience working on kitchen and laundry equipment when I worked for a large Holiday Inn and Conference center and I have been considering going back into that line of work for a change of scenery work wise.

We're hiring. See my post in the job discussion forum. Ever consider omoving out west?

Only considered moving out west to southern california, ventura county, Ojia or around thereabouts. Never considered New Mexico but I've heard it's nice.

I'm hoping to go to the NAFEM show. I have tickets, but dont know if I will have the time.
