Can anyone brainstorm and think of how changing a transformer for the t-stat in the air handler, changing a thermostat on the wall or changing a board in a compressor (all three have been done to my system) change the cooling in the farthest end of my house. Lennox system 3.5 ton heat pump, installed 2003, worked great. Had this work done Spring 2004 cuz transformer kept blowing in handler, and cooled differently afterward. (Ducts are good, no leaks per FPL.)

What was the reason given for the transformer blowing? (Usually, they don't just burn out without another problem)
    Is this system zoned?

No system is not zoned. The circuit board in the compressor was the cause of the transformer to trip.

Sorry Markco, didn't know you couldn't repost. This was a little different question, more simple I thought.
