Looking for a chart, or the mathamatic formula, to find the RH when canging temp. Example: the air is 50 deg and RH of 60%, what is the RH of the same air if warmed to 70 deg ?

Did some on line looking, but no luck.

    Thanks,
    Nick

You are looking for a psychrometric chart. Perform a search for "psychrometric chart". Or perhaps someone here has one in pdf they can post for you.

The answer to your example is 30.

For a pyschrometric chart you can go to the following link:

    Printed out a Psychromeric chart.
In My example: I find the original temp along the bottom, go up till it intersects the correct RH, then go horizontal till I intersect the "new" temp and this "point" shows the new RH ??

so if the air temp is 40 deg, 30% RH, and I warm that air to 70 deg, the RH would be 10% RH ?

    Thanks,
    Nick

Here is a link to "McQuay" it is their public website,

When you get there, on the left you will see design solutions. go there and choose desing tools,, one of the tools is a neat little Psych. program,,,,it is free but will run out in time, and will need to be redownloaded about every 6 months I think.

    This may help http://www.mcquay.com

I do not work for McQuay, it is a public site.
