Moisture in pressure switch hose, or restriction in the flue, orchimney, would be what I would check for first.
tempstar 80% 2 stage installed by others 01 ran fine till jan05 then pressure switch hi fire stuck closed replaced both pressure switches unit ran fine till today go over there low pressure switch stuck closed tap it unit fires up take pressure readings unit runs @1.2 inches hi fire 1.0 inches low fire has anyone else run into this have a hard time believing i keep getting bad pressure switches

There has been an issue on the 2-stage high fire switches, but not on the low-fire. Those should be no problem
I would call a service tech. Most likely the press switch is detecting a problem.
I've worked on lots of ICP products. I am not knocked out by there design and they tend to be louder than other brands I work on. I do have to admit though, the ICP I usualy see is comfortmaker and lower end units at that. But I just haven't been impressed with any of them. Just my opnion, not trying to bash brands.
