This is a insightful look at what the power moneyed elite are doing to you and your kids. The country and world. Be part of them if you can. Or revolt, yeah sure.....

During the week there was a Massachusett's ruling by the Supreme Court which went for the people on foreclosures.

The Mortgage related Fraud committed by Big Banks is huge.

You will never ever hear the real truth about it,just a bunch of mumbo jumbo.

    The foreclosure rate will continue.

There will only be more laws introduced by Congress to wipe out that ruling.

If the Banks can't continue their foreclosure's they are screwed.

Uncle Sam and not the Uncle Sam you're thinking about would not have the reserves to cover it.

Around here foreclosures are do to stupidity!

Bottom Line: A guy making $15.00 an hour CAN'T afford a $350,000 home regardless of what a bank or anyone else says.

My shack aint much, BUT IT'S PAYED FOR!

Stupidity yes you are correct about that.

But the securitized debt created from it in massive amount then sold off to foreign banks created this mind blowing problem.

And my shack has been payed for,for years also.

The Biggest problem are the threat to Prime mortgages.

Before the bust and subsequent meltdown, we had mortgage brokers advertising "interest only" loans for up to 10 years. Then after the 10 years of no equity, you can sell the house for a profit since housing was "always going to rise in price" or easily re-finance since your house will always gain in value. LOL on that one.

Result was a lot of sheeple getting loans that should never have been granted due to gov't edicts that proclaimed that all Americans had a right to own their own homes...who cares if they cannot pay them back...everything has to be fair and politically correct lest Jesse and Al start marching with bullhorns blaring about evil and unfair banks who refuse to lend money to everyone since everyone "deserves" a home of their own.
Avatar is a tribute to my Great Grandfather, Andrew Stewart. This pin was one of his advertisements for his heating and plumbing business. I never knew him but must of inherited his love of things mechanical since I am the only blue collar worker in the family

As I have said here before, Obama is a corporatist and is a mild Bush lite. Almost all the laws past in the last Congress favors the corporations.

Healthcare was a done deal with big pharma and the health insurance companies blessing before the debate ever began. Remember single payer advocates were physically thrown out of the commitee meetings. The bill is bad and should be repealed. Problem is The Republicans have no answers.

So, instead of focusing on our real problems the new republican controlled House is reading the Constitution out loud on the floor and then they will try to repeal the healthcare law. None of this will create one job for Americans. There is no chance they can repeal the healthcare law. They are wasting time.

After they try to repeal healthcare I heard the House will break for a well deserved vacation. Maybe they can get a few pesky medical problems taken care of using their excellent government provided healthcare during the break.

Speaker Boehner, I have a guestion for you. The same one you have asked many times. WERE ARE THE JOBS???

Get to work and stop trying to apease your base. Also, stop crying all the time YOU JACK WAGON.
Signature on hold. Trying to find a real Jefferson quote I like. Others here have bogus Jefferson quotes too.

All said is true. I am a simple person looking out for myself. I pay my bills & don't buy things I can't afford / see my new toy in my avatar. No it's not a Les Paul Custom! Apparently this is beneath a majority of people.

Sorry I don't know much about the global level but I understand what you guys are saying.
Personally, I have no problem with the banks wreaking havoc on these stupid people.

I was shocked at how much the bank was going to let me hang myself with "creative financing"! ARE YOU NUTS!

Unfortunately, the banks created this mess. I am not a heartless person & do have some sympathy for people that overextended themselves.

My financial judgments are my own. Not the banks, government, or credit card people!

I was raised lower middle class & grew up appreciating the basics in life.

"We can't afford it" was drilled in all my life.

Sometimes I sound like an old coot / just my opinions.

Thank You Mom & Dad, you prepared me well! It's like they knew this was commin!

I like your way of thinking. And my depression-era grandparents always told me that land would generally never lose value. True so far as I have seen. And I am a member of the "shack club" also.

Oh, and I have to go now, I am trying to shoot my way up to level4.
