    I have a Aprilaire 700 humidifier on my furnace with a humidity control device. I have a Carrier 38TSA 2.5 ton ac unit and 58cva furnace. My question is, should I buy the Thermidistat or the Thermostat controller for the air temp.

    not sure if aprilaire has there own humidity control if so i would use it and just get a regular tstat for system operations

    58CVA should have an Infinity or Thermidistat Control,to get the maximum benefit out of the variable speed fan.IMHO
