Most of the imcumbents were re-elected last year

Imagine, as a business owner, hiring a lead installer for a big contract you just got. He agrees to have the job completed in 12 months at a cost of $100,000.

Six months later, the job is 10% complete and has cost $85,000. He blames the poor workmanship of the previous installers that worked on an earlier project and most of the workers that you hired to work with him. He tells you this by phone because he has is in the middle of a two week vacation.

At nine months, the job is 14% complete and has cost $130,000. He claims that most of his crew is working against him, trying to sabatoge the job. He tells you this by phone because he is on a 10 day ski trip.

Months ten and eleven are spent removing everything that has been done because it was installed upside down. Using the radio on the chartered fishing boat he is on in the Bahamas, he informs you that he quits. Now the job is 3% complete and has cost $225,000. He then offers to complete the job in 12 months for $100,000 and you tell him that he is hired.

Are you the world’s biggest moron or what?
It's a mechanical device, designed by humans, built by humans and operated by humans. What could possibly go wrong?

Unfortunately, the ones who got fired were moderates.
    Vacuum Technology:
CRUD = Contamination Resulting in Undesirable Deposits.
CRAPP = Contamination Resulting in Additional Partial Pressure.

Change your vacuum pump oil now.

    Test. Testing, 1,2,3.
