    That's what i keep telling myself. It would appear that the cost savings should eventually pay for this thing. I've done so many improvements in this home so we can stay for a long time that this just now makes sense. Not cheap is an understatement, but the quality should assure me that i'm doing the right thing. It sounds like you agree. Thanks again for your comments.
