I need your help. Have any of you gotten POE oil in an open cut or sore?

    What was the result?

Yes, I have read the documentation. Heck, I have published a number of articles on R-410A and POE oils. I have done my research!

I am asking for input from anyone who has actually gotten POE oil in an open cut. What was their ACTUAL EXPERIENCE as opposed to what the MSDS sheets state.

Come on frame, you ain't busy. Go cut yourself and pour on some POE oil and tell us about the experience. We're bored here!

If I cut myself then I would need my mommy to take care of it but she is to far away,so no cutting on me.

I got an e-mail from an individual who got POE oil in an open cut and went to the doctor. The individual is having problems getting the wound to heal. He asked me for an opinion. I am looking for others who may have the same experience.

    poe & cuts

I have while replacing a valve plate but only got a little sore as I recall. Nothing to write home about. Did clean my hands with fast orange after I was done and washed with soap and water. Put some oil on my tongue yesterday to see if it was poe that had leaked out of a system or before compressor was replaced. Didn't taste or smell like mineral or abo so I guess it was. Didn't taste good either. I would think it would have to be a deep cut to get a bad reaction, mine wasn't. I'll ask around town next week.
Be safe not fast. body parts don't grow back
