I just started a home inspection business and one of first inspections i found that the propane fired furnace and water heater where in the basement. This is a new home and and in this part of West Virginia there are no building codes. I would like to recommend a propane gas detector to the home owner and would like suggestions on whats available.

    maybe try an RV lot
The way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.
