Hello.
Hello my name is Brian. I work for a company called YNY properties here in Atlanta GA.
I currently handle the repairs of our rental properties. I am Currently hold a EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, R 410 A Certification and PM tech Certification. I am going to test for my Indoor Air Quality (IDA) and Green Certification in the next few days in hopes of getting more money out of my current boss, or getting in with a HVAC company or apartment complex.
I have been working in this field for the last year now, and I really enjoy it. I have been in carpentry all of my life and felt like it was a time for change.
In a few years I intent on getting my GA warm air card / GA conditioned air license, as well as my general contractors license. This way I can build / renovate homes and handle the hvac work as well.
I look forward to becoming a member of this page.

Congrats & Welcome. Take Pascone10's advice and go for PRO. There is a lot more to this site once you have it. I have a couple of co-workers who have been using for a while and it seems they are always coming up with something new they learned. I'm seeking it as well. Good luck!!
