Anybody have experience replacing a new burner (BNR3707) in a Lockinvar Power Fin PBN 750'.How long should it take, and are there any tricks to not screwing up the burner rod in the process?

Remove rod before removal of burner... otherwise, it's all right there in front of you. Have an HSI there and replace it while you are in there, sucks to change, why wait for it to fail. As far as time, I can do one quick like bunny... that's why I get the big bucks!
