The name of the Hack starts with a "B" and they do plumbing as well. In fact they also did the plimbing and I have problems with that as well.

I called them the other day and told them I needed work done I also gave them my lot number thinking this would help them get prepaired. They never called me back. after two days I then called them back and said that this was a billible call and my house was not under warrinty. I had two vans at my house within 5 min. I have what i beleve to be a blocked vent pipe which causes the tolet in the guest bathroom to suck the water out the P trap in the bath causing a smell to come into the house from the sewer. They wanted to install a new flush system in the tolet. I told them to leave. What a bunch of crooks. If I was not there my wife would have gladly purchesed the new unnecessary flush system. ( There is nothing wrong with the flush system in that loo) They tried to say it would fix the smell. Bull S#@$#$T but they obviously get lots of people to purchase unnecessary junk from them doing this type of thing.
