    67" and 115lbs.

I eat whatever I want and I eat alot.

The only draw back is I get stuck with the tight crawls and attics.
Karst means cave. So, I search for caves.

I had a guy tell me that it was good to be fat in the hvac field,so that way you didn't get the sh!t crawls.

I had to eat 2 bunches of bannanas, a 1/2 gallon of milk, and a carton of BB's, just to weigh enough to get in the Army.

The good side is, I have been in caves that no one else has ever been in.

72" and 250lbs... currently sporting my winter coat lol. I get down around 240 in the summer. I've been working on loosing a few extra pounds, but not working on it so hard as to starve myself.

Never have been the "correct" weight, or height lol. But overall I'm pretty healthy, in decent shape, yet big enough not to get the small attic jobs (just the medium sized ones).

I'd rather have some padding than have bones pokin out every where.

That was me when I was in the field. They put me in all the tight spaces. Once we knocked out one cement block and I went through that hole to pull wire 200 feet. Another time another guy put me in a harness, threw the end of a rope through the bar joists 30 feet in the air and pulled me up there to hang pipe.
I was 5' 8" & 125 lbs. for the first few years. After I got clipped I swole up like a tomcat! Now I'm around 160.
