Thread: UNT controller INCOMPATABLE?

What causes a Metasys ASC device {VAV,UNT etc} to cycle online offline and report as "INCOMPATABLE" in the Metasys critical alarm summary?

Existing device or newly added to N2?
What type of device?
Which supervisory controller and what version?

An existing Metasys UNT controller would not stay online. I replaced the UNT with the same. New UNT 111-1 did the same thing but also indicated "INCOMPATABLE" when offline in Metasys.
I am running PMI 12.04. The old and new UNT was addressed 100. I just changed the N2 address to 98 and it seems to be staying online. Not sure what caused this.

Thanks everyone I'm all set with this problem. I changed the N2 address and the UNT hasn't cycled offline yet.
