Are we talking straight air or heat pump? As far as I can tell, Goodman has gotten away from the 4 row coils which breaks my heart due to the humidity issues.
Currently, humidity seems to be best dealt with by using the smallest (least efficient) rated coil for the system you are installing with a variable speed blower that you can play with the adjustments to get it to operate as slow as is possible without freezing up the coil.
Also, a VS blower allows for superior dehumidification using only a standard humidistat as a control.
This set up is working well for my parents who live on a narrow barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean (three blocks away) and a large bay (8 feet from the back door).
