Are we talking straight air or heat pump? As far as I can tell, Goodman has gotten away from the 4 row coils which breaks my heart due to the humidity issues.

Am looking at putting a new goodman downflow in my mom's mobile home here shortly. Need to see if four-row cooling coil available.
Currently, humidity seems to be best dealt with by using the smallest (least efficient) rated coil for the system you are installing with a variable speed blower that you can play with the adjustments to get it to operate as slow as is possible without freezing up the coil.
Also, a VS blower allows for superior dehumidification using only a standard humidistat as a control.
This set up is working well for my parents who live on a narrow barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean (three blocks away) and a large bay (8 feet from the back door).
