If you guys install a high eff. furnace and there is no drain to run discharge line from pump to,where do you put it? Any idea's on how to keep line from freezing up if you have to run it outside?

Because the pump has a built-in check valve the tube will of course remain full of water all the way to the end. Try running a piece of 3/4" or larger pvc through the foundation wall to the outside and as long as possible on the inside. Terminate the tube into the pvc. When the pump shuts off the water should drain out of the pvc before it has a chance to freeze, and the tube is out of the outdoor weather. If still a problem, wrap the pvc with self regulating heat tape.
