I am going to be replacing two HVAC systems (gas furnace and air conditioner) in my house in the next couple of months.

Just wanted some information concerning various brands including Amana, Trane, or Carrier. After reading this forum, I understand that the installation is probably more important but was just wondering about the these three brands of equipment.

I am hoping to replace my systems with a 2-stage - variable speed gas furnace and variable speed air conditioner if my funds will allow this.

I would appreciate some advice.
