    Always use fluke tool. It is one of the best in the market.

    Fluke 77

    I have a older Fluke 77 that still works great. the 16 is also a great meter as well I like the 16 b/c you can test caps and also use it as thermometer.

    I love my Fluke 36 because it's both AC & DC, so I can also use it on my vehicles for amp draw.
