    For a 2600 sq ft two story house would it be better to use a one zone, two stage, variable speed system vs a two zone single stage systems. Is it true that the two stage variable speed system hold the temperature and humidity more even.

    Karsthuntr-thanks for your response. As a uninformed homebuyer I need all the help I can get.

    One system,with "zoned" stats,works best with a 2 stage system,as it can(depends on controls)run in low stage when only one zone is calling(requires heating or cooling).
