And damn glad my boss told me about this site! (Hi Boss).
I am amazed by the wealth of knowledge here and happy to see so many helpful members. I am humbled by my lack of knowledge (only 2 yrs into the industry) but glad to know I can come here and ask any question. Mind you not that I couldn't (I do) ask my boss, but he is patient and helpful (compared to my last service manager), and I certainly hope to do him justice!

His bio says he is in the Outer Banks of NC. I nominate the new guy to host the convention if Robo has to back out. Do I have a second on the motion?
