Pretty work
don't forget your drainline on the coil
and I don't like your O.D. Unit stand, I like to build them on a pressure treated deck platform then put snow legs on if needed.
But very nice work

Really CLEAN and neat install... I am sure in your area it fits all applicable codes... Down here we usually put a pan under the furnace regardless of where or how it is mounted. Just local stuff.
The orange T-stat caught my eye... Does Lennox make that or did you 'customize' that...

Quality work at a fair price with excellent customer service.

i didn't support the pvc on the vertical but it's supported every other floor joist on the horizontal.
thanks
never heard of using a secondary pan unless it's above a living space (attic). haha the orange stat is due to the lighting in the hall.
and thanks
thanks, you bet i will

man ya'll nothern boys are lucky we dont have basements in this part of texas must be nice working in a basement. try putting the same unit in a three and a half foot attic when the attic temp is 160 plus i think im moving up north so i can make easy money. hey southernmech please tell me your joking about making condencer pad out of any kind of wood so do you go out and fix it for free when the condencer fall through the rotted base not trying to be a butt head just wanted to know if you warranty your work

No, not joking, we build pressure treated stands just like a deck.Pressure treated lumber does not rot. Most of this is cause we are in a flood plain and the unit's have to be up to a certain elevation.
And no smart @ss we don't have to go and fix them, do you have to go fix your deck?

LOL!!! i wasnt trying to get you worked up i understand about you having to build them up because of a fllod plain i was just asking and i poor concrete pads for all of my units and if you think that there is a material out there composite , pressure treated etc. that wont rott over time than smartt @ss your wrong.
