wireless stats work pretty good{totaline} I have sold many replacments due to lost sensor units, with the understanding there is no waranty on the new one when they find the old one..mount them on the wall and you will never loose them,,,have your home air balanced and you may not need a new stat,, a new stat brings more new problems... good luck
