I am looking to talk with engineers that have a background in commercial, industrial, and institutional performance contracting. I am a mechanical engineer based in DC and can help you out with much of what you are asking. I am used to performing energy analysis on new and existing structures, and can get as far as system life cycle comparisons if necessary.
