    Hey guys, I have a State Courier 510 Water heater. Its a 40,000BTU/h input and a 40 gal capacity. The Model Number is CV40NSBT6. The Serial number is89755237. Is it a 1989 or a 1997? What was the warranty for this?

    looks like aug 97 to me warranty i am not sure of

    I believe the 6 at the end of CV40NSBT6 means you have a 6 year warranty on the tank. As far as I know State has a 1 year warranty on parts.

    What seems to be the problem?
