the new economy?
wife and i went Christmas shopping last night. at cabella's there were a fair amount of people but not a horde like you would expect. took us about three minutes to get in line and check out. went to Target next, maybe a half dozen people in the store on the saturday before Christmas! i was shocked. the wife says to me " all the news shows and papers say sales are up". i know on line shopping is eating into storefront business, but a half dozen people in a huge store a week before Christmas???? am i missing something here?
