I have a 45 year old WATTS 2000 and Purge Trol - despite a boiler replacement 2 years ago. Hot water baseboard. So I think it's the WATTS 2000 (one way or check valve 1.25") that's making a rattle or metalic noise when the circulator runs. If I thought it would cause me a problem I could have it looked at this summer. Any advice on what causes this noise and if it's something I need to notice.
I'd have to contact a plumber to replace it.
