I am thinking of getting in the market for a new pellet stove but I have a few questions/concerns.
1. the dealer I went to said they are junk. (great dealer huh) he said they break down often and are expensive to fix.
2. The master of wisdom also told me they are very inefficient and cost a lot to run.
3. He also said they dont work well with existing chimney flues.
Is there any truth to this? I think this guy is in the wrong business but is he right. Please advise me!
Thank You

I have been selling them for 4 years with only one minor issue, and that was solved by the factory.

I have also heard good things about Quadrafire.

Question about Pellet Stoves-
I live in Atlanta and am not familiar with pellet stoves. So here are my questions:
1- Where do you buy the pellets?
2- How do you vent them?

My Sister and brother in law use one in Southern Colorado, its an older model and they love it, works good too for a 1500 sq ft home, its vented out the roof from what I have seen. They buy their pellets at the Walmart in town. Some state and city codes ban them so might want to check before buying !
