EASY sauce.
I had some cooked fish that I wanted to use for supper. Thought I would make a sauce and heat the fish up in it. The sauce I concocted was simple and very tasty. I figured you could use the same sauce on veggies, leftover meats etc.
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 half and half
Wondra
Salt to taste.
Heat broth and 1/2 & 1/2 in a sauce pan to a simmer. Thicken by wisking in Wondra. Add salt to taste.

I'm sorry. I've been using this stuff for so long I just assume that everyone knows what it is. It is a quick mixing flour made by General Mills. You can find it in most any supermarket in the gravy mix section.

I first heard of Wondra on an old Julia show. She said it was instant blending and wouldn't lump up. I've used it since then.
Your recipe sounds like you could put some chicken in it and put over noodles too.Tracers work both ways.
