I have the Nextel i305 and this is a good, inexpensive hands-free unit. Paid for it myself and it works great.

Maybe your boss will get one for you. Beware of stopping in at a Nextel Store, they charge $20 or more for these.

What kinda service do you get out of your battery. My i305 is only a few months old and the battery only lasts a few days. When I 1st got it, it would last about a week. I have 2 batteries that I switch out with and it's on 24/7.

Mine's a year old but I rarely go a night without it plugged in. When I do forget to charge it, I seem to lose about 1/2 power in a day and then it falls off rapidly. Also depends on how chatty I am.

My Nextel is one year old

I just looked at my phone's lifetime call timer.
I have spent 240 hours on the phone in the last year.

    10 days gone......

By the way, I have to charge every night.

Same here, if I didn't charge it at night, it'd be dead by lunch.

Mine's an i60. About two years old, now, I believe.

I'm embarassed at my phones lifetime timer.

    It's big.

its good practice to completely drain your nextel battery every so often. even though they are not supposed to require that, our local repair shop guy told me to do it. it does help. my I-95 gets used a lot, battery will last about three days. its now seven months old and has 414 lifetime hours on phone and almost 48 on two way.
