    Which one is better for customer service?

    I always thought Circon has very good customer service. That's their big selling point. IMO.

    It seems like people who leave Circon end up going back sooner or later...
    They care about the SI's and are quick to support their product. (they are honest about it)

    The only person I'm not thrilled with is the CEO. -but I'm not talking to him very often.

    I like the Distech product, All devices use a plug-in and they have a good distribution channel.Tech support is good

    They are both good, and since they both have plugins does it really matter which one you use?
    match price and functionality to your application and mix and match if you need to.
    Take care that the particular plugin works well within your management tool software. Just because it says LNS plugin, does not always mean it will run flawlessly in your managemrnt tool environment.
    Take the plugins for a test run before you buy the product.

    Amigo- nice points, all true, however that's why he is asking about customer service.

    -we aren't talking BACnet here so interoperability isn't the issue.
