    Matching a First co a/h to a Rheem heat pump

    First co VHXB-HW series variable speed a/h says no.
    Rheem says yes. First co says it is an issue with there board.
    Rheem says just use B term on stat instead of O.
    Rheem reverses in cooling opposite all others in industry.
    Any input or a way around this would be appreciated.
    Customer wants the tax credit and Rheem qualifies.
