Summit w/MP580

I hear you sysint.
Why would anyone spec a Summit system knowing that the next time the customer wants something done in the building you will need to upgrade the BCU?
What Trane is doing is shooting themselves in the foot.
What would you say sysint if Trane manufactured their equipment LNS Lon right out of the box?
Do you think that their equipment sales would skyrocket?

I think they would sell. Personally I'd like to see a MP controller with plugins.

The trouble with this Sceptor is that the more you know, the more you realize. You have to remember there's this big organization called ASHRAE whose membership and organization profit from BACnet.
