    anyone ever hear of this company and what they're pay scale range is for a 2-5 year tech is in hvac residential? or commercial? how long have they been around in the los angeles area? and are they ok to work for? anyone have any insight on what it might be like working for this company? any pros-cons?

    Southland has been around for a number of years. They have several branches including San Diego, Los Angelos, and San Jose.

    They are a commercial/industrial outfit that is primarily new construction. Southland has been claiming to be setting up a service dept. for some time however, last I heard, they didn't have much.

    I don't have any first hand knowledge about pay. I never hear anything bad which normally means they pay ok.
