I wonder how often that happens?
Because the forgot the damn 90 boot.
I was working on a house today where they were expanding the kitchen. an upstairs supply had to be rerouted because the wall was being blown out. This 6" oval was in an outside wall with no insulation behind it, the fitting was never installed, and the snap lock on the 6" pipe had split open near the takeoff.
I wonder how often that happens?
where is the foil tape?
I see a notched out bottom-plate and a wall that runs perpendicular to the joists. That load-bearing wall has been compromised!!!
That had to be a room addition, How could an inspector pass that. All of that egged KD will have to come out.
Our house was 18 years old when we bought it and had a 12" trunkline in the attic that was never connected from day one. The pink insulation next to it was brown from the air blowing on it all those years.
Probably alot of homes with simillar issues and most people never know it.
Oh come on now, those two ducts are quite close to each other - it should work
No, thats cool to do. Thats the bottom plate. That exterior wall is fine, it rests on the Rim Joist, which is on top of the sill plate which rests directly on the foundation wall.
Think of all the money spent on heat that never reached the inside of the house all those years.
Always here
What? I dont see the problem. LMAO
