i was referred to neurosurgeon by family doctor....who referred me to anestesiologist before surgery was to be done.....the thing that worries me is that by masking the pain.....i am doing damage to nerve and i don't realize it because pain is what tells you there is a problem.....somebody said that drs. will sell surgerys like hacks will systems.....i don't agree...these are specialist in there field.....with brain surgeons at top of list.there are alot of options with this injury....i am looking for the option that fixes it the first time.....not the one that keeps me coming back.that is the way i try to run my business too......

a fam doc will never recommend a chiroprator, they will go with a surgeon first, I would try that for a while before going under the knife.

Sorry mo, i thought that was iowa, I will check for some one to refer you to.

Initially it may be 2-3 times a week to get you straightened out and the you can go to maintenance and go as little as once a month or 2.
funny that we dont normally do maintenance on our body, our most important equipment.

a weekly appointment is pretty easy to fit in when it comes to your health, they only take a few minutes.

Give me a day and I should be able to get you a name to talk to if you give me your town.

I held off on my back surgery to long. I had it 5 years ago. Took me 3 weeks and I was back to work. It was sooner than I should have gone back but you know how it is. I had a piece of my disc break off and it got wedged in between my nerve and back bone. I couldn't even stand up straight, ever see a grown man cry! It still gets a little sore but I see a chiropractor once a month. If I do my stretches I am fine. Don't wait to long to get it done. You will be kicking yourself for not getting it sooner.

got me an appointment today at 3:30 at one of those traction places....gonna let their doc. take a look...this is a new thing i have seen advertised on tv.they are FDA approved so i guess it is on up and up....figured it won't hurt to let them see if they can help me before going under the knife.

    Mo-flo:

This is the exact treatment I was talking about where people say in less than 20 sessions, 80-90% say it got them back to normal. I hope it works for you.

    Good luck
