just can't seem to burn holes in my BBQ grill with Kingsford charcoal lighter fluid. I checked the MSDS sheet on their website, and sure as heck it's kerosene, just like jet fuel is. what am I doing wrong, maybe it only works for Muslims or something?

What am I missing?? Why the hell do you want to burn holes in your bbq grill? What did it do to you??
-
I don't know what the problem is. I didn't have any trouble burning a hole in my leg with it. But then again, there's no porcelain coated steel on my leg. Try putting some porcelain on your arm and see if it works.

...or you could hold the coals in your hand while grilling. That should put a hole in yer "grill".
-
Try gasoline, or if its a gas grill put the propane cylinder inside the grill and light it, that should make a few holes, be sure to hold the lid shut tightly and be patient

It's plenty of fuel.
Just needs a cup of liquid oxygen.

A cup of LOX?! He just wants holes in his BBQ grill...not in his county. A pinch ought to do the trick with LOX.

Strange question. If I wanted holes in my grill, I'd use a drill or hole saw. Was this question posted after happy hour?

I didn't know how big a hole he wanted, nor how fast he could ride his scooter from the o2 farm, balancing a cup on his head, so I went with overkill (as usual).
I guess I should have done a heat load calculation.
Now I feel duly chastised.
Thanks!
