    Do most of the larger HVAC companies have balancing equipment for blower wheels or do they just replace the wheel if it's badly out of balance?

    replace the wheel. the cost of balancing a blower wheel on a residential is way more than the cost of a wheel. i have balanced some very large industrial blower wheels. the equipment and training are not cheap.
