If you want to prepare for Jim's class bring a catchers face mask.
You don't have to study for Jim's class as he will begin by going through a de-programming quiz.

Captain CO prefers a blank canvas. The less bad habits you have the better. Also do not sit in the front row. Do what ever it takes to attend his class. It is a real eye-opener.

Good to hear your response. Anything you read or study will just lead farther off the path. You can also E-mail me at jimd@nationacomfortinstitute.com. I usually see these more often. I hope we can get back to your area again. Right now most people have to come to Sacramento that are from your area. But they have all said the trip was worth while. Something that I stress in class is that anything you read that has been written by government experts(Oxy-moron) or any other authority isn't all that it is craked up to be. Much information is fabricated not actually tested. Fabricating information without testing will end in my training and all necessary data needed to verify this information is provided. Not once in 23 years has anyone proved that anything I teach is incorrect, and they have tried!
