Just recently purchase 20 yrs home.
I believe that the HVAC system has not been replace. The system drain 100 kilowatt hour per half day. Is the system just old or what.
Maybe the house is just that big, and uninsulated.
You don't give enough info for any better answer then that.
The house is approximately 1200 sf.
Your best bet is to have a local contractor coome out and check your system. You could have a burnt out strip heater, or one shorting to ground.
At 20 years, your heatpump has done well, it might be time to buy a new more efficient one.
Also, consider adding insulation, and maybe window improvements, done first.
Then a heat load done to properly size your new heatpump, to save money on both your heat, and cooling bill.
That's a lotta KWH
Are you measuring 200 kwh per day??? That is a spectacularly high usage, at our local rates that be $600/month. Where is your home? What kind of heating system do you have, is it a heatpump, electric resistance heating, or what?
There might be something grossly wrong which can take care of much of that problem. I would call a pro to look it over, ASAP.

ask for the last 18mo of billing and the DegreeDays associated with each.
then take ave of all the billings for May = base amount, since not much heating or cooling required = but, use whichever month for which this statement is true.
subtract the kwh from all the other days. then calculate the kwh/DD, kwh/dd/sf. then you can compare.
biggest savings for insulation in attic.
