The company I work for installs only Trane heat pumps, and lately I am seeing more than my share of defrost problems. In the past (we have been Trane dealer for about six years) we had very little defrost problems from Trane units. The units are mostly 2TWR10 and 2TWR20 (XR11 and XR12). I asked distributor (Lyon Conklin) and they say they haven't heard any complaints. I was wandering if anyone else in having such problems. Thanks to anyone with input.
