No experience with that one, but go to their site (Google on "ISAC PCM400N MODBUS") and see if you can download any of their software tools (if they have them for your model), you will need them to do any programming. Usually you have to be able to enter "technician mode" or something like that, plus you need their software and cable adapter installed on your computer to talk to the microcontroller. If you are lucky, you got the software, adapter and documentation from the seller, if not, you may have just spent money on a boat anchor (albeit a small one...). Good luck...
Another type of device which may be of interest is a standalone web server like this http://www.catnetsystems.com/ which does not require any extra cost software, just the correct cable/adapter, your normal web browser and some plugin tools. I've never used one, and until last night was unaware that they had advanced so far, my comms background is in optical and digital wireless networks (transport). This product or something similar may be the easiest and most cost effective option...
