In an attempt to loss weight put on during the holidays I have reframed from drinking alcohol during the week and only on Sunday.
Its been 3 weeks and I have not lost any weight but I have gotten a lot of work done.
I like to drink cans of seltzer water in place of alcoholic beverages. It has no calories, salt, surgar etc.--just cabonated water. It feels like a beer in your hand.

It all depends... in the summer, I usually stick to ice water.
In the winter, coffee. At home, I'll drink Mountain Dew Code Red. Not too big on alcohol, but when I do, it's either Molson XXX (When I can get it) or Molson Ice."Punctuation and capitalization is the difference between: Helping your Uncle, Jack, off a horse. And: helping your uncle jack off a horse"
