These people that were scammed were either desprerate, stupid, or cheap Chariles.

Where does he find these customers. Most I deal with are griping even before I tell what the repair will cost.

I hope they throw him under the jail and DON'T pipe in sunlight.
Just an extreme case of what is all to common in this biz. I'm back to self-employment because I couldn't stomach the milder version of this in my last corporate job.
Miss the check, but not the grief..."That's good enough..." usually isn't.
